On August 30, 2010 and before the beginning of the new school year, SCLCFC, President Bill Gooderham and members of the SCLCF programme committee met with Hasting/Tillicum Community School coordinator, Jennifer Scott. It was with great pleasure that we presented Ms. Scott with $33,000.00 from SCLCFC donations and fundraising efforts. The money will go towards the continued operation and expansion of the Kids First programme in MacDonald and Tillicum Elementary Schools in Vancouver BC.
